We are growing, improving our team, and are now looking for a proficient Institutional Sales Manager , who will be responsible for identifying and engaging with institutional clients across diverse channels. Key Responsibilities Identify and target institutional clients, such as hedge funds, family offices, financial institutions, asset managers, companies interested in borderless payments, and any other type of company that might be interested in cryptocurrency solutions. Develop and execute a multi-faceted client acquisition and sales strategies , leveraging conventional and unconventional channels, to achieve revenue targets within the institutional market. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders of institutional clients to understand their unique requirements and challenges. Negotiate and close contracts with institutional clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of institutional clients in the cryptocurrency space. Work closely with the Cryptology product development team to translate client needs into actionable development plans. Collaborate with our technical and sales teams to provide customized demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings. Provide reports and feedback to Cryptology product development and marketing teams to ensure our solutions remain competitive and relevant. Stay informed about cryptocurrency market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments relevant to institutional clients. Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with key stakeholders. Qualifications Proven track record of success in institutional sales , ideally within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry. Thorough understanding of fiat-to-crypto solutions, cryptocurrency markets, trading, and blockchain technology. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). Fluent English (C1..C2 level). Strong network of institutional contacts within the financial industry. Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiations, and closing skills. Creative problem-solving abilities and a willingness to explore unconventional client acquisition channels. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify client needs. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Readiness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
