OpiniQ Ltd, a leading consulting firm specializing in professional services across diverse business sectors, is seeking a highly skilled and experience Account Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: Interaction with current and seek potential SMS providers in various regions upon request. Regularly engaging with providers regarding compliance with regulatory norms. Collaboration with SMS providers to identify and rectify potential errors in the services provided. Preparing data for contracts. Internal communication with various departments regarding SMS matters. Complication various reports as requested by the manager. Requirements Minimum 1+ year of experience in a similar position. Experience working with external providers. English language proficiency at B2 level or higher. Experience in conducting business correspondence in English (email, messengers, Skype). Strong communication skills, autonomy, ability to gather information independently, and work autonomously. Experience with Jira or similar tools (a plus). Experience in service integrations via APIs (a plus).
