Spotware Systems is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager. This role involves active engagement with corporate clients to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service and strategic partnership. Responsibilities : Providing consultative support to clients on all products and services, promptly resolving any issues or queries they may have. Conducting detailed analysis of how clients utilize the platform to maximize its value and guide them towards more effective and beneficial uses. Organizing and conducting training programs, seminars, and webinars to enhance clients' proficiency in using our products effectively. Analyzing client feedback and managing changes to improve products and services. Collecting and analyzing client data to develop strategic initiatives for service and product improvement. Rapidly responding and managing situations that could negatively impact client relationships. Facilitating synchronization across sales, marketing, and development departments to achieve client success goals. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in account management or client success management. Experience in the trading or financial technology industry is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Experience with CRM systems, task trackers, the Microsoft Office suite and Google Docs. Fluency in English language.
