Responsibilities: - Accounting Operations: Oversee all accounting operations, including billing, accounts payables/receivables, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.- Budgeting and Forecasting : Actively participate in the company budgeting process, prepare budgets and financial forecasts monthly, and analyze variances.- Banking Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners.- Payroll Processing: Manage the monthly payroll process efficiently.- Audit Cooperation: Collaborate with auditors to ensure accounting files are prepared as required.- Additional Duties: Perform any other related duties as assigned. Requirements: - Experience: Proven experience in accounting for at least 5 years.- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or holder of LCCI Higher Level or any other relevant qualification.- Payments/Transactional Banking: Experience in payments or transactional banking is essential; experience in cryptocurrency is highly desirable.- High-Volume Transactions : Proven experience with extremely high-volume transaction data and multi-currency operations.- Legal Knowledge: Experience with Russian legalization is highly desirable.- Software Proficiency : Experienced user of Excel and Esoft accounting software.- Languages : Good knowledge of English and Russian.
