Spotware Systems is looking for a Product Manager/Product Owner to join our team and work closely with our Head of Product Management, and to drive the development of our broker-related features within our cTrader ecosystem. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager / Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of the broker-related components of our CFD & Spread Betting & Prop trading platform. You will play a pivotal role in defining the product roadmap, analyzing market trends, gathering customer feedback, and managing a dedicated development team. This role is responsible for overseeing the following products: - Desktop Application: cBroker is an effective and easy-to-use back office suite that contains all controls necessary for managing a trading server. By using cBroker, managers can supervise nearly all aspects of traders’ activities. All essential features such as account management, the creation and setting up of new trading instruments, and risk management and reporting are available upon first-time installation and do not require add-ons or plugins. Lead the enhancement of the admin desktop application, focusing on general trading platform settings, risk management, and reporting capabilities. - APIs: set of Trading Platform’s APIs related to management, reporting, and integrations with external web services. - SSO: solution for smooth end user flow between Trading platform and Broker’s environment. - White Label: solution for Brokers to provide brokerage solutions for their b2b customers. Responsibilities : Developing and maintaining a strategic product roadmap for the broker-related components of our trading platform, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands. Keeping a well organized and well documented list of tickets for the next 3-6 months. Directly managing and mentoring a development team of 3 members (2 .NET developers and one QA), fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions, track product performance, and identify areas for improvement. Gathering and analyzing feedback from customers and stakeholders to prioritize feature development and enhance user satisfaction. Conducting regular competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and ensure our product offerings remain competitive. Working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure seamless product development and delivery. Requirements : 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, within the financial services or CFD trading platform industry. Strong understanding of CFD trading platforms and broker-related functionalities. Understanding of CFD terminology and mathematics (leverage, margin, swaps, pips etc) Proven experience in managing development teams and delivering successful software products. Understanding the concept of SDK, API, protocol, SSO. Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making based Amplitude, Tableau and similar product analytics tools. Experience and desire to communicate directly with customers to gather feedback. Understanding and experience of how to conduct competitive analysis. Fluency in English, Russian could be a plus.
