We are seeking an experienced Corporate Trademark Attorney to provide comprehensive support in the preparation and filing of trademark applications for registration in various jurisdictions.The successful candidate will be responsible for prosecuting trademark applications, conducting clearance searches, handling payment of state duties, managing third-party opposition actions, renewing registrations, and maintaining full communication with local attorneys regarding these matters. Responsibilities: Prepare and file trademark applications for registration in multiple jurisdictions. Prosecute trademark applications through to registration, including interactions with patent offices. Conduct trademark clearance searches and analyze results. Handle payment of state duties and ensure timely payments. Manage third-party opposition actions during the trademark registration process. Renew trademark registrations and maintain up-to-date trademark rights. Maintain full communication with local attorneys and agents on registration and prosecution matters. Requirements: Bachelor of Laws degree or higher Minimum 5 years of post-graduate legal experience, including minimum of 3 years of experience as a trademark practitioner Good working knowledge of IP Management Software is a plus Ability to quickly understand the specifics of regulation in the relevant jurisdiction Excellent written and spoken communication, with the ability to draft well-written and concise formal letters and arguments Fluent English will be plus We Offer: Relocation package for international applicants Monday to Friday work week Free breakfast and lunches (in office) Flexible start time ( from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.) Powered by JazzHR
