Spotware Systems is looking for a strategically oriented and dynamic CEO to lead the launch and expansion of our new product specializing in e-commerce and marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have profound knowledge of online trading platforms and a successful track record in scaling online marketplaces. This role is centered around initiating and maximizing monetization strategies for the new marketplace product, enhancing user engagement, and innovating product management to achieve significant market penetration. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Launch and Leadership: Guide the launch of the new online marketplace by setting strategic visions and fostering scalable business models to ensure rapid growth and robust market entry.E-commerce Expertise: Utilize extensive industry knowledge to develop a comprehensive understanding of marketplace dynamics, including competitive analysis, customer behavior, and market trends. Manage key e-commerce metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, customer retention, LTV (Lifetime Value), and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) to optimize performance and profitability.Marketplace Monetization: Develop and implement effective monetization strategies, optimize customer acquisition and retention processes, and increase overall revenue.UX/UI Management: Ensure that the platform design is maximally intuitive and user-friendly, thereby enhancing user experience and satisfaction.Team Leadership and Development: Build, develop, and lead a high-performance team to ensure all departmental actions align with the company's strategic objectives.Marketing and Promotion: Create and execute innovative marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, market presence, and customer engagement. Requirements: Professional Experience: At least 3 years in leadership roles within the e-commerce sector, with a proven track record of managing online marketplaces.E-commerce Knowledge: Deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics including UX/UI design, customer acquisition and retention strategies, and conversion optimization. Experience with essential e-commerce metrics and analytics to assess and enhance performance.Proven Track Record: Experience in launching and managing large-scale online platforms, portfolio of successful market expansion cases.Business Acumen: Ability to create and implement a robust business model, including planning, resource allocation, and profitability analysis.Marketing Skills: Professional expertise in strategizing and executing marketing campaigns, experience in digital marketing.Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership skills, experience in building and motivating teams, managing projects, and ensuring high team productivity.Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, ability to clearly articulate the company’s vision and effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
