Spotware Systems is looking for a strong team player with excellent communication skills and the desire to provide premium service and support, to join our office in Limassol. You will be providing support and assistance to clients and colleagues related to the functional aspects of our products. You should be adaptable to the day-to-day requirements of the business, with the ability to take the initiative when required. The ideal candidate will initially handle support requests independently and will later play a crucial role in assembling and leading a dedicated support team. Responsibilities : Managing and responding to all seller and buyer inquiries via email, chat, and other communication channels. Providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Troubleshooting user problems related to the marketplace and escalating technical and complex issues to the appropriate team. Assisting new users with the onboarding process, guiding them through the platform features and functionalities. Collecting and analysing user feedback to identify common issues and areas for improvement. Collaborating with product and development teams to implement enhancements based on user feedback. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and support activities. Generating regular reports on support metrics and customer satisfaction levels. Requirements: Proven 2+ years experience in a customer support role, preferably within the fintech or digital goods sectors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent English. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in using customer support software. Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members. A plus to have: Experience with forex trading platforms or knowledge of forex trading principles is highly desirable.
