We're seeking an experienced and qualified Technical Writer to create and update technical documentation and API documentation. Responsibilities: Developing comprehensive technical documentation and API documentation that accurately describes our software products and solutions. Regularly updating existing documentation to ensure it reflects the latest software versions and enhancements. Reading and analyzation code to understand product functionality and features, ensuring that documentation is technically accurate. Work closely with the product development team to gather information, clarify technical details, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of documentation. Creation user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials to assist users in understanding and utilizing our software products effectively. Reviewing documentation for clarity, consistency, and accuracy, ensuring it meets high-quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Technical Writing, Journalism, Engineering, Information Science, or a related technology discipline. At least 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the IT or software development industry. Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient user of Microsoft Office and Google Docs. Experience with Confluence or similar documentation management tools is preferred. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in documentation.
