OpiniQ is a dynamic consulting firm specializing in providing professional services across various business sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Advisor (IT) to join our team. Responsibilities: Providing legal expertise and support in IT related matters, including but not limited to the registration, acquisition and sale of domain names, as well as tackling bad faith registration of domain names. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents pertaining to IT operations and transactions. Conducting legal research, monitoring and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the IT sector. Advising internal stakeholders on legal issues and risks associated with IT projects, transactions, and disputes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law or related field Proven experience as an IT lawyer with a focus on transactional domain names and related disputes. Strong knowledge of IT laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
