Spotware Systems is seeking a skilled UX/UI Mobile App Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our trading platform. As a UX/UI designer, you will focus on creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually compelling mobile app experiences that simplify complex trading workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing financial applications, understanding user behavior in trading environments, and balancing user needs with product goals. Responsibilities: User Research: Stealing and adapting to the most effective direct and in-direct competitors’ UX/UI ideas and incorporating them into our mobile applications. Organizing and facilitating user trading sessions with our product users and similar products users, testing sessions, collecting and analyzing feedback to iterate on design solutions. Conducting user research, competitive analysis, and usability studies specifically for trading and investment applications. Developing personas, journey maps, and scenarios based on insights from user behavior and trading patterns. Creating low-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups using Figma to demonstrate key user flows, including placing trades, checking stock performance, and viewing account history. Developing navigation patterns, dashboards, and data visualizations to enhance user experience. UI Design: Designing elegant and engaging UI elements with a focus on mobile-specific usability, including touch gestures, responsive layouts, and animations. Maintaining a consistent and cohesive design system across the mobile app while adhering to the brand's visual language. Designing end-to-end mobile app experiences for trading, including real-time data visualization, trade execution, portfolio management, and account monitoring. Creating user-friendly interfaces that make complex financial data easy to understand and interact with on a mobile platform. Requirements: A portfolio showcasing specific work samples, case studies, and results is required. 5+ years of experience in UX and UI design, with a focus on mobile applications , ideally in the FinTech or trading space. Expertise in mobile-first design principles and best practices for iOS and Android platforms. Experience designing data-heavy interfaces (e.g., charts, real-time data visualizations, dashboards). Strong knowledge of UX user-centered design principles and experience with A/B testing and user feedback. Expertise in conducting User Research Sessions, collecting and analyzing feedback. Expertise in tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and Illustrator. Familiarity with basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their limitations in mobile app design is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present designs and ideas to stakeholders. Experience working in financial markets, especially in CFD trading or trading platforms, would be an advantage. Upper-intermediate English proficiency for editing materials and documenting processes.
