About the Role: Sales Manager (Listings Department) As our platform continues to grow, we are expanding our Listings Department to accommodate the increasing demand for new digital asset listings. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Listings Director, you will play a crucial role in driving new business and expanding our portfolio of listed projects. Your mission will be to source, negotiate, and secure new cryptocurrency listings, contributing to the diversity and quality of Cryptology’s offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and reach out to emerging cryptocurrency projects, pitching the value of listing on Cryptology and driving new business opportunities.- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve listing targets, focusing on acquiring high-quality projects that align with Cryptology’s market goals.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and positioning Cryptology as their platform of choice.- Lead negotiations on listing terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that enhance Cryptology’s offerings while meeting the clients' requirements.- Work closely with internal teams, including Technical, Legal, and Marketing, to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new listings.- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, using insights to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities for growth.- Address any concerns that may arise during the sales and onboarding process, working collaboratively to provide timely and effective solutions.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project statuses to ensure transparency and facilitate efficient operations. What We Look For: - Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the fintech, crypto, or technology sectors. - In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology and the cryptocurrency landscape.- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building and sustaining professional relationships. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).- Fluency in English.
