OpiniQ Ltd is seeking a Corporate Advisor for our consulting company specializing in providing professional services across various business sectors.The successful candidate will join our legal team to support our firm's mission and growth. Responsibilities: Legal support for obtaining offshore and local gambling licenses Legal support for companies after obtaining licenses Development of documents (contracts, additional agreements, etc.) - development of new forms/templates, verification of correctness, amendments, including in English.
