Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to gather relevant data and insights that inform strategic decisions. Opportunity Identification: Identify new potential opportunities that align with business goals and enhance growth. Lead Generation: Define and implement new tactics and projects aimed at generating leads and expanding our customer base. Strategic Planning: Create business strategies to boost the trading volume. Trend Analysis: Identify and leverage industry trends to stay ahead of the market and innovate effectively. User Journey Optimization: Analyze product usage and customer behavior across the entire user journey, identifying opportunities for improvement. What We Look for: Proven experience in product management with a focus on growth, ideally within the fintech, crypto, or technology sectors. Proficiency with tools for analytics and feedback. Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams. A results-oriented mindset with a track record of successfully executing growth initiatives. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
